How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your PadelScroll account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Account management.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion request.

What happens after you request deletion

Your account is disabled and hidden from normal use immediately after a valid deletion request. Eligible profile information, posts, Marketplace data, uploaded media, and other account data are then removed through PadelScroll's deletion process.

Some limited conversation history may remain in anonymized form where necessary to preserve conversations for other participants, meet security or legal obligations, or maintain service integrity. Information retained for these purposes is not kept as an active PadelScroll profile.

If you cannot access your account

Visit PadelScroll's Safety, Privacy & Legal page for the available privacy-request and contact options. Identity verification may be required before an account-related privacy request can be completed.
